One of the biggest challenges in spraying application techniques is the reduction of spray drift. With this tool we've managed to offer a possibility to research institutes to measure the amount of spray drift of field sprayers.
The test consists of several modules that can be connected to each other. Thanks to the pneumatic valves, the collection trays can be closed and opened. These trays collect the drifting water particles behind and around the boom.
The collection trays open when the spray boom touches the dedicated stick and the compressor with pressure tank then gets a signal to open them. The battery, compressor and pressure tank are mounted on a convenient trolley with two wheels.
